Fee Refund Policy
The fee refund policy of the college is as per the UGC guidelines and university norms. Students seeking withdrawal of admission may claim refund as follows:

| 15 days before the start of classes | 100% | Only processing fee (₹ 500) deducted |
| Before the last date of admission but after commencement of classes | 80% | 20% of tuition fee deducted |
| Within 30 days after last date of admission | 50% | 50% of tuition fee deducted |
| After 30 days from last date of admission | 0% | No refund |
Refund Process
- Submit a written application for withdrawal/cancellation to the Principal
- Attach all original fee receipts with the application
- Refund will be processed within 15 working days
- Refund will be made via NEFT/RTGS to the student's bank account
Important Note
No refund shall be applicable for students who have been expelled or whose admission has been cancelled on disciplinary grounds.
